Pros: Very comfortable arrangement and location. This was our second stay in this condo. The two new recliners in the living room are a great addition.

Cons: It has a lot of deferred maintenance. Many light bulbs are out or too dim. The drapes continue to come off their hooks. The carpet and especially the upholstery on the dining chairs need cleaning.
