Unit A1 was clean and spacious. I rate it a 10 for the combination of nice accommodations and price.

Pros: Unit A1 was clean and spacious. I rated it a 10 for the combination of location, nice accommodations, and price. Water was nice and hot for showers, although I would recommend getting a better shower head to save water. The gushing shower head feels great but may run out if two people are showering at the same time. Close enough to the lifts to walk but there’s also a free shuttle that will come within 5 minutes of requesting them. I see some reviews that say the place is dated, well yes, but it’s still nice and I don’t think it’s an issue. I had a friend pay double at another place and that was dated too. I saw a complaint that the bedroom windows are boarded up to protect against the snow. We had a lot of snow on this trip and it still wasn’t bad enough to board it up. I would say if you had that much snow consider yourself lucky!

Cons: The mattresses for the bunk beds and twin are okay (not too bad but not great either) The Queen in the other room is better but not great. It wasn’t a problem for us, still rate the place a 10!!! Non-stick pans were very sticky but that’s an issue at every place I stay. I guess people are rough with them. The frying pan was warped. There is a soap and shampoo holder hanging off each showerhead. These are no good, and fall off. Probably has a missing part. I left it off after it fell so it doesn’t hit my feet.

The apartment is in a very good location not too far away from Lake Tahoe.

Pros: The location is good and the facility has a great view, there’s a shopping center close by with some restaurants and a Seven eleven close by. The facility is 13 minutes away from Tahoe lake and the drive is easy.

Cons: The facility is quite old and needs some remodeling. The TV is too small and old with few channels and the WiFi is very slow. The carpet should be replaced and better need sheets should be provided. The showers also need some work.
