CLEAN, COMFY, COZY, COST-EFFECTIVE, CLEAR-CUT, COMPLETE

Pros: i loved everything about this place. everything you could possibly need is included in this adorable, comfortable apartment! washer, dryer, laundry soap, dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, coffee maker, coffee options, refrridgerator/freezr, ice, iron, ironing board, big shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, easy parking... I could go on and on! I highly recommend this property! My friend stopped by to visit and loved it so much, she will be booking for a stay in November

Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like about this property.

Pros: Spotlessly clean - whoever cleans this place I want them to clean my place! All the amenities one would need when away from home. Full kitchen, well stocked. I already have it booked for 2 more stays.

Cons: Definitely need a vehicle, it's not really within walking distance of a lot. There is some chillin' going on in the apartment building with some weed smoking - can't smell it in the apartment, but can in the hallway and outside the building.

Pros: Apartment was equipped with cooking, eating utensils and basic supplies (spices, coffee) unlike many places we have stayed. When we lived in Jackson, we probably drove past this property 100 times or more and never noticed it. We're glad we found it. It may seem like a sketchy location but it was safe and convenient to visiting friends in south Sac. Apartment has good shower with hot water, comfy bed, and full kitchen. Probably our highest recommendation is that we are staying there again.

Pros: Clean , full kitchen, nice bathroom, beautiful house , quiet . Attentive, polite, accommodating staff .

Cons: The couch that turned into a bed was horribly uncomfortable and piece of foam on top would have fixed it .
