A rustic respite, pleasant and relaxing.

Pros: Deck. Kitchen amenities. King size bed in loft was excellent. Great antique radio, record player with albums, puzzles, books. Quiet, beautiful location.

Cons: Light bulbs out in bathrooms. No heads up on number of stairs. Had to clean ashes and cigarette butts out of grill before we could use it. Not aware that AT&T has no service in area.

Pros: Very cozy and peaceful property. Lovely views and comfortable accommodations.

Cons: Nothing ~ it was perfect.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the community amenities.

Pros: This property is within the PineBrook community, and it was a great choice for our family with kids. The community offers a lovely small lake perfect for walks, a well-maintained playground, and a refreshing swimming pool. The house itself was clean and filled with natural light, thanks to the many windows. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room was cozy.

Cons: We did miss having a hair-dryer and iron, which would have been helpful. Also, while searching for lotion, I found an expired bottle from 2017 in the bathroom cabinet. It would be beneficial for the property management to conduct a thorough inventory and remove any expired or unnecessary items.

A simple comfortable mountain home

Pros: Comfortable simple mountain house. Being at the end of the road you don't have any other houses in your view out the back deck. The owners are very animal friendly. That was a big plus Good communication from vacasa, management.

Cons: The decor is pretty dated. If you want to relive the 70's & 80's this is the place. But I'm sure that contributed to the value.

Cons: Upstairs bed needs a new mattress Some pet hair which is not surprising since they allow pets but still Some mosquito nets at the windows need replacement

Aside from very minor shortcomings, we will definitely be staying there again. Loved it.

Pros: Location and distance from neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Cons: Cleaning fee was rather expensive. For the amount charged the house should have dust and repair free. Minor fixes in the master bathrooms and dust on shelves and countertops not a big deal. But I prefer to be in a tidy environment if I am paying for it.
