Pros: We like that the place is secured and quiet and it has everything we need.

Cons: We found out on our last day that the trash bin outside was already full from the previous occupants before we could even dispose of our own trash. We called customer service and told them we would leave them on the kitchen floor because of wildlife. Good thing we didn't have lots of trash.
