Pros: Location is great. Close to lakes and all town businesses. Right across the street from brewery. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, and house is well equipped. Very clean. Comfy beds and furniture. Neighborhood very quiet after 9 PM.

Cons: Washing machine bangs around. No AC. Ceiling fans helped alot but no fans for bedrooms so it was very hot at night. Also house has moths. We found several in bedrooms and kitchen. Harmless but should be dealt with before infestation happens.
