Pros: The location is amazing and the location allows you to easy enter and visit the national parks. The house is just perfect, cozy environment, clean and with comfortable beds. The host is super kind and always there to reply to any question. We highly recommend this place!

Great!

Pros: Picked this location as we planned to visit Kings Canyon. However, during our stay we ended going to Sequoia NP, which took about 1 hour to get to. The owners warned us well in advance that the 245 was closed. The house had everything we wanted. There was also still a lot that we could use from people who visited before us (olive oil, spices, etc). As a musician, I appreciated a lot that the piano was still reasonably well tuned.

Cons: No dissapointments. Everything that could have been dissapointing was well communicated (like the road closure).

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

Pros: gorgeous site and comfortable lodging. The area was so relaxed and calm, perfect to unwind. Very good location for local National Parks.

Contemplative mountain retreat bordering Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks

Pros: This place is a throwback that invites you to relax, take in the scenery, and read a book. It puts you in a perfect mood for a trip to the nearby national parks. There is no TV. There are hundreds of pieces of art, big and small, and just as many books to browse, coupled with cozy reading nooks in every room. The front and back patios and even the laundry room complete the feeling of being surrounded by art. The house is also extremely comfortable and quiet.

This was a very good location to relax and visit Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks.

Very close to park and such a crafty comfortable house.

Pros: This place was great. Beds were comfy, the house and super cute with crafty decorations all around. There was two bedrooms and a third small room with a bed on the floor. All of them were comfortable. It was very close to the park entrance, about 15-20 min drive. The host was very kind and helpful for anything we might need. The kitchen was fully stocked very well with pots, utensils of every kind, condiments, spices, oil etc. We really enjoyed our stay. It was great for the four of us with two adults and two kids. Could have easily fit at least two more with a pullout sofa bed too.

Cons: We honestly didn't have any issues with our stay.

Pros: The cabin is very well appointed and had literally everything we needed. The library is extremely impressive, the kitchen had all the things we required.

Cons: The only problem we encountered was the closure of highway 245. Instead of being 10 minutes away from the park, the cabin ended up being 30 minutes away. Obviously, this is no fault of the cabin itself and as soon as 245 reopens, it'll be back to being 10 minutes away.

Super emplacement pour visite les parcs séquoia et king canyon.

Pros: Super expérience dans cette petite maison en bois au milieu de la forêt ! Mes filles ont adoré, nous aurions aimé resté plus longtemps pour en profiter encore ! Nos hôtes étaient très réactifs par messages, nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis.

Quaint cottage, nice quiet place to stay after your visit to King's/ Sequoia.

Pros: If you are looking for quaint, look no further. House could fit 4 or more comfortably. Owners were super nice people. House is fully stocked, BBQ, washer even suntan lotion and such. Firewood included. Just bring food. They have a second property next door. Friendly cat lives on the property.

Cons: Not a negative, just know that this is not a new fancy place, and water did turn off for a bit. Be aware the main highway is closed to Sequoia/Kings, I had to take detours through narrow ( but well paved) roads, but all worked out great. Cell service didn't work, but wifi did.

Pros: Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus: bis ins Detail ist hier an alles gedacht. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, alles hat eine super Qualität. Man merkt, dass hier Menschen Gastgeber sind, die selbst gern reisen (z.b. gibt es überall genug Ablagen für Gepäck etc.). Vom Blumenstrauß bis zum vorbereiteten Kamin kann man sich nicht mehr wünschen. Die Lage ist traumhaft und für einen Besuch im Nationalpark der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Wir hatten noch dazu sehr beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus bietet sehr komfortabel Platz für 4 Personen (wir waren nur zu zweit), 6 Personen plus Kind(er) würden auch noch gut passen.
