TINY ART HOUSE near the beat

My stay was spoilt by buying the artwork

Pros: As soon as I saw the outside I was cheered up and this feeling continued inside the house and out into the garden which had a magnificent Eucalyptus tree, which was next door but I felt part ownership as some of its branches supported the garden swing on the tiny art house property. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and there was tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of kitchen utensils, glassware etc.,

Cons: Access to the property was quite confusing which could have been made clearer by explaining how to get through the wooden fence i.e the positioning of the latch. Very disappointed with the artwork. It was stated that all the artwork in the house was for sale when it wasn’t. The sugar skull I bought, bits of it started to drop off when I packed it, there should have been a fixative sprayed over it to have prevented this from happening or it would have been polite if someone who knew about this work would have come and explained the best way to pack it to minimise bits coming away. ´

Pros: Cosy, intimate, like sleeping in an art gallery 👍🏾I loved having my morning coffee out in the garden

Cons: Access not obvious, there should have been an explanation about the latch being inside the top of the wooden fence. Thank goodness I didn’t arrive straight from my flight which had been delayed along with my delayed luggage. One of the window blinds got stuck the second/ third day and I was told the cleaners would deal with it once I had left! Artwork - it stated that all the artwork on display was for sale- not true as one of the pieces I wanted wasn’t for sale, so why was it on display or why wasn’t there a sign next to it saying it was not for sale? The sugar skull I bought,bits of the blue design came away when I started to pack it which was very disconcerting, I should have been warned about this and it should also have had a fixative sprayed over it to prevents pieces coming away when moved.

Pros: Such a super cool cozy hidden treasure! I will stay here again and recommend it. The art everywhere made me feel at home.

Great stay during the Christmas holiday.

Pros: Cozy place with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the kitchen amenities.

Cons: I wanted to sit on the bench swing in the yard but the dead squirrel in front of it made me sad.

Pros: Really great getaway and located close to amazing restaurants! Love the separated driveway and fenced in tiny house, some extra privacy is always appreciated

Cute and fun experience in Sacremento.

Pros: Very cute place with good ac and comfy bed with nice sheets.

Cons: Sparse kitchen supplies and very little room to walk inside the tiny house.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. Appliance’s were functioning. Location was perfect and close to UC Davis.

Pros: The unit was perfect for a cozy night's sleep and all the amenities needed when traveling. The amount of information and pre-arrival message was very comforting to know that the owner is ready to welcome guests! Everything was smooth. The communication was great. Location was in a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Cons: As mentioned prior to arrival, the hot water only runs for around 5 mins, which was a bit difficult but it was not too bad.

Pros: It was a great place. My wife loved it. And if anyone I know are heading to Sacramento I'll be sure to let them know about this place.
