Pros: We liked that the house was off of the beaten path in the woods by a river in Meyers 8 miles from South Lake Tahoe The house was clean. It was nice that there were 3 bathrooms with showers. The house was comfortable. It didn't have A/C but that was ok because the area cools down at night and was cooler than South Lake Tahoe during the day in July.

Cons: It was advertised as a 5 bedroom house, but it only had 4 bedrooms. The carpet was outdated.
