Perfect stay in central South Lake Tahoe!

Pros: Hosts Michael and Ethan were very responsive and communicative. We had no surprises and so our stay was stress-free. Property was spacious, clean, kitchen fully-equipped and the beds very comfortable. Lastly, the location was central and was easy walking distance to the lake, stores and restaurants.

Cons: Just a little confusion in the beginning. Upon checkin at the front desk to retrieve the parking passes, the receptionist told us that we were only allowed 2 parking passes during the holidays. We had 3 suvs in our party and thought the maximum allowed would be 4 cars. We were advised to park our third car in a casino lot. However, when we went into the house, we discovered unused temporary parking passes left on the kitchen counter. We used one and were very appreciative of this. Thanks very much!

Favorite place to stay in Tahoe!!! Definitely going back

Pros: By the ocean with pool and Jacuzzi :) great for family with kids and teens all ages!!!

Great complex, would definitely book again for a Tahoe trip!

Pros: Location was nice, but description had listed / defined the property as Semi-attached, but know it is a fully attached and surrounded by other units, 3-level townhouse unit. Liked the multiple bedrooms and configurations that offered our group great flexibility. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen had good cooking equipment etc. Driving to Heavenly was fine... Mandatory weekend parking booking is now required by Heavenly. Suggest booking parking for the Keller St entrance on the California side as it's closer and convenient to the Tram.

Cons: There is NO shuttle service provided to Heavenly, though advertised in Bookings as such. When we checked with the complex check in desk, we were told that since our owners were NOT part of their management, we were NOT allowed to utilize the shuttle. We were also NOT given entry codes or details for the amenities from Bookings until our 4th night of 5. So, we did NOT have access to the amenities...
