Solid option

Pros: Living room space is comfortable. Kitchen is large. Bath downstairs is convenient too. Yard is well fenced. Hot tub is large and very nice. Upstairs bathroom is upgraded. Two bedrooms are standard. Stackable washer/dryer was convenient. Overall enjoyable experience.

Cons: House is very old and in need of lots of upgrades from as basic as paint and carpet.

Perfect for a Long Stay in Tahoe

Pros: Honestly, this place was perfect for a couple with a dog to enjoy everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Fenced in backyard made everything very convenient for storage and pet stay. The hotub was clean and worked perfectly and the spare bedroom was great for weekend guests.
