Good in general, some room for improvement . Meets expectations

Pros: Great home, lots of rooms, 3 bathrooms , and I like the decor of the bathroom a lot. Cozy vibe, location is great. Super easy to check in. In general pretty clean!!

Cons: Could have been cleaner (eg. found other’s hair on my pillow case, saw bed sheet washed together with door mat in the washing machine) First floor bathroom’s shower could have been better (now a bit old) The first floor heater was hot so that room was very warm during the night, but one of the 2nd floor room is very cold and does not have a heater Some pots and pans are old and a bit dirty (maybe u should just remove them?)
