Pros: A beautiful necklace was lost, never retrieved by the cleaning crew so maybe taken by the guest who came in after me. But everything else was great during my stay. It was a clean, quiet and comfortable place. Shuttle driver not too friendly and never offered to help with the loading up or down of baggage which was disappointing. She actually disappeared just before departure which made us nervous about getting to the airport on time --but then I realized it was almost walking distance.

Cons: Just the less than fabulous shuttle driver.

Pros: Kind and courteous staff. Swimming pool. Onsite laundry. Shuttle service to the airport. Hearty breakfast. Restaurants on the premises. The travel company we had pre-booked our day tour to Yosemite with, cancelled the tour. The reception staff at the hotel provided contact information for local cab services. Thanks to them, we were able to visit Yosemite. We loved our stay at Best Western Airport, Fresno. If we ever revisit Fresno, we will be staying here without a doubt.

Quick convenient

Pros: The hotel is less than a mile from airport. Quick shuttle service to the airport. Nice breakfast with waffle. Comfy bed and everything is clean. Strong wifi signal.

Cons: The shuttle stops at Hampton inn first. Breakfast egg was not good. It would be nice if they can have fresh eggs rather than processed egg.
