Great staff and well rested!

Pros: We arrived late and had a long day driving. We were greeted and told that we would get to our room as quickly as possible. Check in was quick and we were even offered 2 beers if wanted. The bed and shower was wonderful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. All the staff were not only very helpful but also seemed proud of their work. Excellent stay!

Cons: Nothing.

Overall, great stay! Stayed here in 2020 and this well exceeded that visit!

Pros: Breakfast and the attendant was FABULOUS! Couldn't say enough good things! News was LOUD in the dining area at breakfast and she turned it down at our request. She was helpful and kind. Loved the clean remodeled room!

Cons: Little bar behind the inn was EXTREMELY loud where you could hear every word of every rock song at 10pm on Saturday night from our bed. Not a great vibe for a family with 2 children. Luckily, each night stand had ear plugs without request, which helped. Just very unprofessional and disrespectful of the bar and to the guests of the inn. Also, the lady at check in, wasn't friendly and welcoming. The lady in the mornings and at check out was wonderful.

Pros: The hotel is extremely clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Everything appears to be newly upgraded. Plenty of well lit parking. Full breakfast offered.

Good location, clean, newly remodeled. Reasonably priced.

Pros: Newly remodeled. Clean. Pleasant. Very nice staff.

Cons: No fault of the property - the even numbered rooms are on the side of something tracks. Only a couple of trains went by the while night, but next time I’d ask for an odd numbered room on the front side of the building.

Great stay and an awesome staff

Pros: The staff was outstanding, all were very courteous and professional. The breakfast attendant ( I did not get her name) :( was especially personable and very helpful. She keeps all foods vey well stocked and fresh. She also keeps the area spotless! The location is perfect for those that are there to spend time in the historic district and those that want to see the Winter Wonderland. It was an awesome accomodation!

New doesn't always mean great.

Pros: Location was great, right downtown close to restaurants and stores. The town center park just a couple of blocks away, where they have a Winter Wonderland event happening with Ice Skating and a small carnival experience. The hotel is very clean, they are still doing some renovation, but I did not experience any noise or inconvenience. My room was a handicap accessible room on the ground floor which is what I requested. Everything in the room was very new and clean. I could park out in front of the hotel on the street.

Cons: While everything was pretty new as far as the furniture, shower, bed, floors, I found it functionally inferior. In the room, there is only 1 chair to sit in, and it is a desk chair on wheels. The floor is a hard surface so the chair moves around quite easily, but makes it dangerous if your not careful. If there is 2 people in the room, someone has to sit on the edge of the bed, or lay down on it. The heating and air-conditioning unit is a little loud, but worked well. The bathroom was large, roomy but lacked an adequate place to put your sundry items, very small vanity. The shower was nice and wheelchair accessible, but the floor got pretty wet. The breakfast room was nice, new, comfortable chairs. The breakfast itself was the typical continental type as expected, except I could not find cold drinking water in the eating area.
