Pros: I visited this place for the first time. The counter girl had a humble smiley face, and she was incredibly friendly. It’s a refreshing change from the rude service I’ve encountered elsewhere. Thank you so much!

Don’t worry about the bad reviews, it’s definitely worth the money you spent.

Pros: I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews about this place! I can see their security is super tight, it’s all fenced, and it’s way better than the last time I stayed here a year ago. The rooms are clean and smell nice. And for the price, how can you expect more than this?

Cons: The morning lady I think her name is Kiana seemed a little unprofessional, but the lady who checked us in, Brenda, was super nice, and the manager (I forgot the name) was also very nice.

Pros: For those who look just simple overnight stay. Nothing fancy but recommended! Clean & quite rooms with 50 inch tv.

Cons: Maybe a cup of hot coffee would be perfect

Best value in the area

Pros: Best value motel in Sacramento! I really enjoyed my stay, the chicken place next door was amazing! The hotel staff were super nice, and the pool was really nice too! I spent my whole evening there.

Perfect weekend stay for your money worth

Pros: Perfect for a weekend stay! The staff was very kind, and the friendly manager made our stay even better. You get way more than what you pay for. Little tip: Just ask for a clean room, and you’ll get one!

Pros: A very low rate very quiet very secure and they even gave me a free room upgrade because they didn't have a room ready at the time I arrived

Cons: No breakfast. But i'm perfectly okay with that at the price is a charge

Pros: It was a pretty good stay. The only thing I would change would be to have the housekeepers check on guest even if they are not cleaning the room, offering towels and sheets.
