Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

Just what you’d expect of a Best Western

Pros: Overall ok. The room was good, there was a fridge and the beds comfy. It was quiet. Breakfast was the typical American style with disposable cutlery and the usual foods. There’s a small gym with some basic equipment.

Cons: There was a bit of tobacco smell lingering in the room and the floor carpet had its fair share of stains. There’s a large parking lot at the far end of the hotel with some homeless people hanging around - our room was at the other end with its own well lit parking.

Front desk was very polite ,she up graded room without me even asking,the whole staff was awesome!!❤

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic!! And there was a lot!😁clean dining room and the host was polite.

Cons: It was exceptional,I liked it all!!

Pros: We like the comfortable room, Staff, and the maintenance guy came few minutes after we called the front desk.

Cons: We didn't like that we had to drive around to the back of the complex to go to our room from the lobby. We didn't get to take advantage of the free breafast because it raining and windy.

Pros: - Breakfast which had various items: scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, sausages, potatoes, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, biscuit and gravy, coffee, juice, tea. - Room was spacious and well equipped.

Cons: It was difficult to find an empty parking spot in the interior court, but we found a spot outside the facility, also for the guests ( there was security staff looking over that place too).

Pros: I think it's a good value for the money. You can not expact concierge and there is not. But, there are private parking the room is ok

I love every thing in my stay.

Pros: The cleanliness exceeds that of The Hilton in Stockton..the continental breakfast is the same line up you'll see elsewhere except they do it right. Truly

Clean and very comfortable

Pros: The breakfast attended was very friendly and waited for us to be done eating even though her shift was over. The only thing is they should invest in another waffle maker. The line to use it was very long.

Cons: Nothing, everything was good

Family friendly

Pros: The hot tub was not working and we called the front desk and they fixed it right away. It made the rest of our stay so fun, the breakfast was excellent and i appreciated that it was guest only check in and not just anyone. I really was surprised how well my stay went thank you

Get the suite if you a couple you’ll love the shower

Pros: Room was nice clean huge had a good time plus Netflix on tv got to Bluetooth the phone

Cons: Just a little ghetto but hey that’s Stockton
