Pros: the retreat housing is like stay in the forest,but very cozy inside. we definitely will re-visit it.

Cons: the weather changing so fast with a sunny sky and snow storm the next day!

A very comfortable stay, but for the price I would have expected a little more.

Pros: Breakfast was not provided but there was a large range of tea and coffee options, and some muesli bars. The hostess was friendly and explained everything clearly. There is a balcony off the guest room overlooking the river which is quite special.

Cons: As an Australian, I was disappointed not to find any black tea (e.g. English Beakfast) or any fresh milk. For the price of the room, I think these could have been provided. Perhaps they would have been supplied if I'd asked. The balcony was lovely in the morning as the sun rose, but in the evening the mosquitoes were quite vicious.

Pros: The host was absolutely amazing, sharing with us her tips and stories from decades of life and work in the Yosemite. The rooms and beds were super comfy, and there was lots of wildlife around - deers, squirrels and birds coming to the yard in the morning.

Beautiful river side property best yosemite

Pros: Our host was very accommodating and lovely. The location of the property was very convenient as very close to the south entrance of yosemite and it is also set in a beautiful location. One bedroom has a balcony with a view of the river and mountains behind.
