Arnold Meadowmont Lodge

Pros: Excellent service and we were met by a very polite and friendly Heder. She helped us deal with all the issues on the spot and was very polite. She helped us solve a lot of important issues with which we came on our first trip to this area. There was a charge for our electric car at the hotel. The required amount of linen and towels. The staff is very friendly to pets. We came with our dog and she was also very pleased. The territory near the hotel is very convenient. There is an area for BBQ and relaxation

Great place wonderful host, would definitely stay there again

Pros: The manager Faye was so nice and just did everything possible to make our stay very pleasant. Very clean rooms, nice facility!

Highly recommend! Fantastic staff, great location, excellent value for money.

Pros: Great location, friendly and extremely helpful staff. They accommodated all our needs and shared excellent tips for restaurants and where to go for snow. Lovely firepit in the evenings in a beautiful setting, with parking just outside our door.

Cons: No relevant points worth mentioning.

Made the best of it and let kids enjoy some snow play!

Pros: There was a snow storm and the town had a power outage. Everything was closed with exception of the gas station. Luckily, they had food to purchase and got us through first day. The lodge had a generator that worked up until the last night. Unfortunate conditions made it hard, but we made the best of it. Staff was very nice and tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Everyone was united and I saw people getting rescued from being stuck in rentals up the hill and I was lucky that a local was able to deliver some pizza, since we were stuck in the parking lot. Heather was kind and tried to help and make it as comfortable as possible. We made our own snow park for kids to play at the lodge. It is a family friendly lodge and they were not annoyed by kids playing. I'll retry trip when weather isn't so unpredictable.

Cons: Weather made it hard to enjoy the beauty of town. Definitely avoid going during snow storms.

Great place to stay with kids or dogs

Pros: Location was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pretty quiet for being right on the highway. There was a cute little patio area with propane fireplace for relaxing.

Cons: Rooms were a bit small and there was dog hair on some of the surfaces and floor (kind of expected at a pet friendly hotel?)

Pros: I liked the location. It was close to all activities I wanted to do.

Cons: Everything was good.

Caring and amazing staff

Pros: We booked rooms in case we were evacuated during a fire. The staff was extremely helpful. They called me before the office closed to make an extra effort to accommodate us in case we had to check in in the middle of the night. Their extra effort and care during a scary time was priceless!

Pros: Close to Jackson close to parks quiet and a restaurant next door which is very good.

Cons: Can't think of anything that we did not like.

Great location and very clean rooms.

Pros: good location, very clean and well equiped. We loved the heating in the room and in the bathroom.

Pros: The only problem we had was there was no body soap in the shower dispenser. I guess you don't check this after each guest.
