Convenient and pleasant place to stay

Pros: We really liked the convenient location of the hotel and the clean, tidy room. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The staff was friendly and always ready to help in any situation.

Cons: There were no significant drawbacks, everything met our expectations.

Warm and relaxed

Pros: The friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I had a room for the night and wasn't left sleeping in the freezing cold.

Cons: What I didn't like is that I had to check out. I wish I had the funds to be able to stay another night.

Bon hôtel mais chambre à vérifier avant

Pros: L’hôtel était bien placé sur notre itinéraire et le veilleur de nuit était disponible pour nous accueillir à une heure tardive.

Cons: Nous avons eu une première chambre qui était infestée de cafards, dans la salle de bain puis nous en avons découvert de nombreux au niveau du lit et du bureau. Nous étions incapables de dormir dans cette chambre. Lorsque nous en avons informé le veilleur de nuit il a tout de suite fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre et nous avons eu une chambre propre. Un grand merci à lui car il était tard, nous voulions dormir et il a réagit le mieux possible au plus vite ! :)
