Very pleased with our stay

Pros: The breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and even French toast. Ofcourse cereal, bagels, coffee, juice ect. The cleanliness was my favorite part and the pool was a bonus.

Pros: When we come to Hanford this is the place we like to stay at. Everything is is top notch. Great front desk staff. Rooms are large and bed is very comfortable. They have a well lite parking lot, that faces the mall. You can cross the street and shop or eat at the restaurants. They don't post but they serve a contential breakfast. Which is free, and we are grateful and appricate the kind gesture.

I'm Trying to Get my Deposit Released from November 15th 2025.

Pros: I have been staying at this Hotel for 10 years . I love the location and It'sa very nice place to stay. I love the Hot tub and Swimming Pool. I love it's Located across from Major Shopping centers and the Mall.

Cons: I have been Calling the Hotel trying to get someone to Help me get my Deposit back. They Keep telling me the Manager will call and They don't know how to Help me. Today makes a Week that I've been waiting. I stayed at the Hotel November 15th and they still Have not Released my Deposit.. I always Stack my dirty towels so the maid don't have to find them all. I Wrap up my blanket, so they don't have to. I put all my Garbage in a bag. And I don't steal anything. $100 is a lot of Money with Prices soaring on everything and Christmas coming.I have stayed at 2 hotels since then and Both RELEASED my deposit already...I hope by writing this The Manager reads this and gives me a call back soon. As she may not be aware of MY SITUATION. I am a Genius member as I've been staying at This Hotel for 10 years now.

Was ok, probably wouldn’t stay again just due to location and lack of food.

Pros: It was close to shops etc. It was clean. Staff was nice.

Cons: It was more noisy than we anticipated because it was close to main road with a lot of mall traffic. But was ok later at night. Did not have continental breakfast as advertised. Which was a little disappointing especially with young children. Wanting to feed them before we traveled.
