I will be returning soon and will only be staying at the tiki whenever I get a room in Modesto.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the bed was so comfy I was out as soon as I laid down and slept like a baby the whole night.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Great remodeled room, too many sketchy people!

Pros: Room was clean and there were no little critters scurrying around. Shower was great and so was the hot water. Parked in front of my room. Bar next door, the Tiki Lounge. Many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Bus 22 stops nearby. stanrta.org bus info. Little table and two chairs, was great for writing and eating.

Cons: The TV remote worked but the channel line up was.grade B channels and.too many shopping channels. No movie channels! No news at 5pm or news channel. No TV guide. Homeless people seem to hang around and it looks like some of them live there. Too many sketchy people.
