I liked it. A mixture of motel/cabin and camping (the outdoor kitchen).
Pros: I liked the room and bathroom, that it was in the countryside, very quiet and dark...could see many stars. Outdoor , very charming kitchen and sittingplace,- but would be difficult, if it rained. Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Possibility for coffee in room. Also refrigiator. Since I had good weather and the people in the other cabin were nice, it was a wonderful stay. Good driving distance from Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon.
Cons: The heater was noisy, but since it was a cold night, necessary. Difficult to find. Didn't get an address I could use for gps.- but drivingdirections. Since I arrived after dark, I had to stop by at the inn, and the owner there drove in front of me to the Apple place. So not so good to arrive in darkness. Many hairpinturns.

Pros: Great place to stay for early visit in Kings Canyon national park, but you need to be aware that there are no internet or cellular network connection. Place itself great, outside kitchen for guests, would recommend for 1-2 nights stay

We found it perfect for our needs!
Pros: We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen to prepare the food we brought. The fan was very helpful to move the air. Glad for the fridge to keep food.
Cons: The ceiling fan was kinda noisy.

Great stay for a single traveler exploring the Kings and Sequoia area.
Pros: Directions were fantastic. Easy to get to. Beautiful garden with lots of hummingbirds. Very clean. Good shower.
Cons: Although the drive during the day was easy, I would be careful driving to this place in the dark. Very windy with hairpin curves. Although there were a ceiling fan and rotating fan going, the room got very hot in the afternoon. As the sun went down, the outside cooled quickly, but I had to have the door and all windows open to get the trapped hot air out.

Pros: Conveniently close to Sequoia National Park north approach - the rural road it is located on is just stunningly beautiful - it was intensely quiet and dark sky location.
Cons: It was a little tight - I was solo - I think a chair in the room would help. I didn't speak to anyone with the facility - if a woman at the top of the driveway hadn't told me about the key box I would have been stuck. I had been in the park and off the grid for a few days so the last minute email didn't work for me.

Pros: We loved the outdoor kitchen. Great to grill some steak after a long day of hiking. The room was clean and comfy. Even though there is no air conditioning, the outside temperature drops quickly at night, so we slept super well. Perfect location for accessing Kings Canyon Natl Park.

Great host, great accommodation and great location
Pros: Our room was very clean, we had CHARMIN TOILET PAPER in the bathroom (The best in the world, funny but true! π€ͺ) The location was perfect, as close as you can get to both Kings Canyon and Sequoia National parks. And despite being in the middle of nowhere just like first class camping, there is a great restaurant and bar only 1.2 miles up the road. The privacy of our cabin was awesome. There are only three cabins on site and the other guests we met while there for two days were from Poland and Germany. No light pollution because you are VERY FAR from civilization. We had clear nights and a gazillion stars.
