Pros: Location and parking great. Room very clean, they had snacks available and toiletries provided.

Cons: Shower was a bit tricky but everything else was good!

Nice place in Midtown

Pros: Very comfortable stay in a great location in Mid-town within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, the river (only 0.75 miles), etc. Very newly renovated former garage which is spacious. Many tasteful and thoughtful features. Communication was excellent and self check in was easy.

Great space, great location, attentive management!

Pros: This is an adorable and quiet studio just one block off of the main street in Mid Town, so easy walking to coffee shops, bakeries, vintage/antique stores, and more! It's also less than a mile to the river, with even more restaurants. The space is clean, modern, and the management is very attentive and responsive. The keyless entry was also nice, so I didn't have to worry about carrying a set of keys.

Enjoyable - ZEN DEN STAY close to Old Town Reno

Pros: Such a cute place close to downtown Reno. Super easy check in and access was nice. The room is like a mini apartment with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay. Bed was nice and comfy, shower was nice with Trader Joe products which I appreciated! Personal touches throughout the room were seen and appreciated. I LOVED ALL THE DECOR!!

Cons: No Iron. A few extra towels would of been helpful and there was no long view mirror anywhere in the room. The air conditioner was leaking some, but we were able to put the trash can under it to prevent it from dripping on the counter and floors.

Pros: Very clever and cool design right in the heart of Midtown where there’s great things to walk to including grateful gardens. I just enjoyed everything about this place and especially the Jacuzzi tub.
