Awsome little 1bd/1ba upstairs unit, pet friendly, great nbrhoods, close to downtown and most places

Pros: Cool little upstairs spot nice and cozy, would def stay here again, cheaper then getting a hotel. The best thing i liked about this place was the couch, super comfy both sides has motorized recliners as well as USB plugs on the side where the buttons are to recline, I stayed here for 2 weeks and ended up sleeping on the couch more then the bed. Pet friendly which was awsome cause we had 3 dogs with us. I already kinda knew the area where this is located and I had thought that it wasnt really the nicest area but I was wrong the nbrhoods in that area are hella cool, its all older houses around there where every house and every block is different then the next not like all the newer houses that all look the same, they dont make nbrhoods like that anymore i love that area, im looking for a place to rent right now and am now looking to rent in that area if I can find something. Also its close to downtown and most places are no more then 10-15min away...

Cons: I would have preferred a full size fridge but the mini fridge that was provided we made work just fine.
