Our family had a great time!

Pros: I loved everything about it! Having your own house basically, especially with kids is so comfortable. Everyone was nice and helpful. Place is clean and I am pretty particular about cleanliness!

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Nice apartment resort but you have to be ready to put up with high-pressure timeshare sales folks

Pros: This is an apartment resort. The apartment we rented was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, which was important to us as we focus on healthy, vegetable-based eating. The resort is in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood, and we didn't hear any noise from the surrounding apartments. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat, as it offered great value for money and was in a great location for exploring the fall foliage in the Sierras.

Cons: This resort is part of the Wyndham Club chain, a timeshare organisation. Although the people at the resort's check-in desk were very nice, we were subjected to persistent pressure to attend their hours-long presentation/sales pitch, during which they try to convince you to spend between $20,000 and $90,000 to join the Wyndham Club. This style of holiday does not suit us and we were not interested, so we declined. Plus, I would not waste many hours of my precious vacation time on sitting in a room and being subjected to high-pressure sales tactics. This was the only significant drawback of staying at this property.
