Pinegrove by AvantStay Beautiful Villas Condo just outside Tahoe City

Very relaxing place to stay close to everything we like to do.

Pros: Good size for 3 adults. Nice kitchen with supplies and newer appliances. Two full bathrooms. Easy parking. Close to Tahoe City and short car ride to beaches, hiking and restaurants. Bedrooms are downstairs so they stayed cool and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons: It’s dark. Had to turn on lights all the time. Sat on chairs on the little balcony but it’s near a busy street so not quiet. Also no bathroom on the main level. Got some exercise going up and down all the stairs!

Pros: Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet and good location.

Cons: Hot water heater is set at an unsafe level, not necessary.

Comfortable, convenient location and good value

Pros: We received a lovely welcome gift and the property was stocked with everything you’d need… lots of towels, extra toilet paper & paper towels, shower products, laundry detergent, etc. The location was convenient and also felt secluded.

Cons: We did have a lot of spiders in the house but I think it might have just been empty before us so they were used to having free rein, haha. A local friend told me there are even more than normal this year. Also the bedrooms downstairs were pretty cold while the loft got very warm.
