Pros: Amazing spot with all the amenities you could ask for for a weekend retreat. Very calm area.

Pros: An excellent place to stay in a beautiful, quiet, location. Upon arrival we immediately saw a hare and two deer in the forest around the house. Dinner was made on the gas BBQ, with Seth quickly helping us when it turned out the propane tank was empty. After dinner we enjoyed the warmth of the hot tub which he had prepared for us. The following morning we had a nice breakfast at the spacious table outside, surrounded by beautiful trees. We brought most of the food ourselves, although we did use some coffee from the generously stocked cupboards. In turn, we left most of our orange juice for the next guests. We were sad we could only stay one night at this beautiful location. The surrounding area certainly offers plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy for many days.

It is a very special and unique place to get out of the routine

Pros: Way Woods Retreat is aptly named. It’s tucked into the woods under tree cover, so it feels miles away from everything. It’s quiet and serene and there’s even a family of deer who visit the front yard. The house is well appointed and well stocked. We had some lovely meals and just enjoyed being together. The hot tub is, of course, awesome. Loved this place.

Cons: The freezer was packed, which I guess just means don’t buy groceries until you check out the house. (Plenty of everything)

Pros: The cabin was so peaceful, comfortable, and was well supplied. The owner was easy to work with and was very clear with directions and instructions. We will definitely stay again, thank you!!

Beautiful place & responsive host. Hot water needed to be fixed.

Pros: The place is beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious and in a quiet location. And the hot tub.

Cons: The hot water had a lot of issues; we stayed for three nights with 4 people, almost always after the first person there was no hot water and it was cold in December so it was a bit painful. Even though the host was friendly and tried to fix the issue it didn’t really get resolved. The stay was back at the end of December so maybe it would be fixed by now.

Geweldige unieke accommodatie!

Pros: Dit comfortabele mooie huis is rustig gelegen in de bossen van Foresthill. Prachtige omgeving! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een gezellige loungeplek, gas-BBQ en een hottub! De eigenaar van het huis (Seth) is zeer vriendelijk en heet je een warm welkom. De herten liepen gewoon door de tuin heen. Jammer dat we hier maar twee nachten sliepen… We hopen zeker terug te komen.
