Overall would stay again

Pros: Location was great, we love to stay in the village. Price compared to booking with Village directly much cheaper. Ease of Check in was great and room code was great for easy access. Room was large. Also pretty close to the elevators!

Cons: We needed more towels given that there were 4 guests and village concierge would not help us because we were an Air BnB. Also, we needed an extra parking pass but could not be helped by village either. We kept getting referred to contact the host but was not sure how to. Also, the check out procedures had a list of 12 things to be done. They were all reasonable like doing the dishes, turning lights off, etc, but did not appreciate that each thing NOT done (even so basic like closing the shutters) was accompanied by a charge. So if we didnt close the shutters it would be a 25-50 dollar charge on my account. Charges went up to 200 dollars. Kind of absurd! Overall, it was a nice room perfect for our needs with a couple hiccups. Given the price and location I would stay again but would get in contact with the host in advance for some requests.
