Lovely setting near Genoa with lots of +++s

Pros: Lovely place with clean facilities and comfortable furnishings. Offered excellent mid-week prices which included hot springs + other bonuses. Very nice overall.

Cons: Check-in staff were quite vague about what was included at the Booking.com price. After asking staff after our first night, details of the package were made very clear. Management was bery apologetic for our initial confusion.

Pros: The villa was spacious, beautiful and perfect. The tub was excellent, the kitchen had all the essentials. Wr had a lovely stay. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hot springs were amazing.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy for holidays

Pros: Beautiful neighbourhood and just next to Lake Tahore but with more comfortable weather. Everthing is much cheaper than Lake Tahore. Rooms were huge at attractive price and comfortable with washing machine and dryer.

loved it and already planning on going back

Pros: had plenty of space in our room and had enough chairs that were movable to sit around a table and play cards. fridge accommodations were lovely. the amenities were perfect for the occasion and close by our room! The bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure.

Cons: the bathroom did not have any trash cans.

our family wants to go there again, especially my son wants to go there again

Pros: I liked the pools and also the dry steam room and wet steam room and And the cleanliness of the area.

Pros: Loved the setting and thermal spa ans gardens Great food at the restaurant

Cons: Restaurant closes at 8pm so nowhere else around so if you arrive late are a bit isolated.

Good value for money but a little out of the way

Cons: View from our room was very poor On site shop was expensive
