Carson Valley Motor Lodge and Suites

Nice hotel close to lake Tahoe (30 min)

Pros: Big suite room with nice kitchen, a nice indoor pool and great value for money restaurant.

Cons: The bathroom was not clean and we missed bath towels and it took 24h to get it fixed but we got a 50$ coupons at their restaurant to compensateur the disagreement.

Great in every way and worth staying again.

Pros: We were driving from South Lake Tahoe at night, the snow season up and down the mountain is very steep, the drive is about an hour, after dark, driving to be safe. The hotel's soaking pool gave us a lot of enjoyment and I slept very comfortably. The baked potatoes for dinner, which the whole family loved, were beyond expectations. No experience casino, parking lot is huge. the next morning I saw a rainbow. Lucky trip. The staff was very friendly, greeted us when they saw us and offered to help us.

Cons: It seems like a wonderful vacation that can only be reached by car

Pros: We needed a wheelchair-accessible room. The Front Desk Clerk gave us an ADA room in the main Carson Valley Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: A small night light in the bathroom would be a great addition to the room, especially for a disabled person.

I stay here nearly once every month to visit family. Booking staff are always great

Pros: Booking staff is always accommodating and rooms are cleaned every day

Cons: Just this stay a lot of work going on. Usually no problems

Pros: Very big room, beds were comfortable, and the pool facility was great

Pros: The staff mainly the front desk staff was so nice! It was clean!

Cons: My friends had a bad experience with gas station right in between hotel stays with this female worker was awfully rude but other than that it’s a lovely stay!

Easy stop over along 395 with lower prices for room and gas than further north or south.

Pros: Convenient location, room clean and adequate. Did not use any other services or facilities.

Cons: You have to check-in at the hotel/casino next door then drive a short distance to the motor lodge property for the room. The room numbers on the doors are a little difficult to see from the car at night. With no included breakfast, the room price is a little high in terms of value.

Don't hesitate to stop. You won't be disappointed

Pros: Room is great. Staff gave me an upgrade because I already valeted my car. This was a very nice gesture. Restaruant is great with very good staff.
