Great location, friendly staff and good size rooms. But $35 for parking is BS and please upgrade your beds.

Cons: Beds were too soft and fairly uncomfortable. Onsite parking was also valet only which is just unnecessary, expensive and inconvenient.

Good facilities and nice spacious rooms in convenient location in the heart of the action.

Pros: Good sized room and comfortable. Convenient location to bars and restaurants.

Cons: Our room was very noisy as it overlooked the main road. Maybe ask for a room overlooking the pool instead.

Pros: Lovely room, clean and comfortable with a great kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to relax downstairs on the sofas by the open fire. Excellent location with bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Pros: This is my third stay at the Marriott Grand Residence and I will continue to stay here when I'm in South Lake Tahoe. I was in a one bedroom 2 bath suite with 2 fireplaces, a jetted tub and full kitchen. Laundry facilities were conveniently located down the hall. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. There is a heated pool, 2 hot tubs and a steam room on property. It is also right next to the ski lift and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and casinos are less half a mile down the road.

Pros: Great location and super friendly staff. The room was big and very clean.

Cons: On the main street there is traffic all night long abd the windows don't isolate noise at all. So it was really difficult to sleep well.

Pros: Superb location right next to the cable car up the mountain to the ski resort, the hotel is like a square block and has shops, bars, restaurants, Starbucks all connected to it on the lower level and access from the pool area. Great size room and have to mention the laundry services, 1st time I've (the man lol) done a washing on holiday, on our floor 2 commercial washing machines and 2 commercial dryers all free, as we were on a motor biking holiday for 2 weeks there was the risk of a pong from our luggage I did a wash, stuck in the machine set for 45 mins and went for a beer, went back removed and stuck in the drier for 40 mins went back and had another beer, returned and stuck in our room 3 doors away, job done lol

Cons: Only possible gripe was we arrived early and while we got entry to our room our friends did not and had to wait over 3 hours to get their keys.

Pros: Huge Luxury Rooms ( Stayed in the 1bed Apt ) which had a lovely living room and kitchen. Staff were very helpful and warm. Many eating option and activities at walking distance, specially Base Camp Pizza !
