Perfect start to 2026 - thank you!

Pros: By far the highlight was the General Manager Ami. She was extremely welcoming, friendly and diligent. She made us feel at home at the properly from the set out. With a friendly welcome. Could tell the cleaning and running of the hotel was performed with care and to a very high standard. The location is great, the parking is secure, bed and room comfortable. We would love to stay again.

Pros: Big bed, comfortable. Decent sized room with AC and heating. My room was facing another building so it got very dark.

Cons: I didn't like the shower tiles on the floor. Problem with online check in it did not give me a pin code to access my room, a staff member ended up giving one to me. Also woken up by housekeeping at 945am.

Pros: Size of room, location, easy access to shops, restaurants and gondola ride

Pros: The hotel is clean. The person who gave us extra towels was kind and let us in even though my code didn't work. There were only two things I didn't like, but everything else was excellent. We had a good time.

Cons: What I didn't like was the light coming through the windows in the front door. The light from the outdoor spotlights comes in through the window and disrupts sleep. The refrigerator is noisier than usual and is also a bit annoying. Thank you for your attention. We hope to book again in July.

Pros: I had an issue while driving to the hotel, I called the hotel, a nice adult lady (unfortunately I didn’t ask the name) helped me to sort everything out. Also in the morning she and her husband gave me recommendations on places to see and to eat. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great Value Stateline option short walk to gondola

Pros: Site manager super helpful answering all our queries , as we didn't have a car she kindly stowed luggage for us pre check in etc. Location is fantastic, Handy walk to everything you need. Room was clean and we were provided with toiletries for every day of our stay unlike alot of places who just leave you one set, we would happily stay again. Thanks again to the manager for helping us with local info to all our queries !

Cons: This was the cheapest priced accommodation I could find in Stateline/Southlake so I was worried it might be bad, but was pleasantly surprised. It is clean, handy and good value, it is a no frills experience the beds are comfy but just have a thin blanket, shower could have had better pressure and sometimes get noise from neighboring rooms. However we stayed in 4 places over 3 wks in the area and definitely found the best value here.

Pros: Dayana the Manager was great she always was very helpfull when as need it, and the Hotel location is the best is a walking distance from The most important things to do in the city

Great hotel, very clean, spacious well equipped rooms, definately recommend

Pros: Great location, communication and room was very clean and well equipped and spacious.

Cons: Liked everything could not fault it at all.

Pros: A good stay. Typical motel where everything worked. Clean and efficient. The motel is near the main strip for restaurants. However the local Safeway to buy breakfast goods is a couple of miles away - need transport to get there. Motel is also a couple of blocks to beach. However beach here is paying.

Cons: Check in is difficult for non-US people without a US SIM on phone as check-in details are by phone just before checking in time. Check-in time at 1600 is late - would be nicer at 1500. We rang in the morning to explain we would not be able to receive text messages details for checking in and would need WiFi to get email. The last was there for us when we arrived so this helped enormously.

Pros: Big and spacious room. Bigger than normal for that price. Very clean also. The couple that runs the hotel was very nice and helpfull. Close to the lake and shops etc.
