Pros: Facilities were lovely. Very suited for skiing, comfy rooms and warm.

Cons: The reception staff were far from welcoming, warm or authentic.. I waited a few minutes twice for them to finish a private conversation on the phone. Not friendly at all. We also got abused by cleaning staff for parking outside our room which was Next to the disabled park. It was very uncomfortable each staff interaction.

Cool vibes

Pros: Staff is super nice, the vibe is chill and cozy. Great for couple and friends. Not one of those hotels full of families and kids.

Cons: I could hear the steps from the upper floor in my room, but amenities were good and bed was big

Chic place!

Pros: Really modern cool vibe. The facilities are new and chic. They have Smore's time for the guests at evenings. Bed was super comfy. And - THEY HAVE HEATING TOILET SEAT!

Cons: No elevators, small stair width. walls are very thin we could hear every small movement from the room above us and around.

A nice hotel to stay in whilst in Tahoe

Pros: A very nice hotel. Good location easily walkable or scootable to local pubs and restaurants. Photos made it look slightly more upmarket than it was but it was probably better quality than most of the hotels in South Tahoe

Nice hotel, would recommend

Pros: Reception staff super helpful, they let us check in at 7am after an unexpected early arrival. Reception area is great with good coffee (a little pricey). Rooms were decent enough.

Cons: No parking was available at arrival, had to wait for someone to leave.

Cozy rooms, tasty breakfast, campfire with free s’mores, and a chance to see wild bears!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Coachman Hotel! The rooms were cozy, stylish, and modern — and the beds were very comfortable. Although breakfast isn't included, the food available for purchase was absolutely delicious and worth it. There’s a pool on site, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. What really stood out was the evening atmosphere — sitting around the campfire was such a lovely experience, especially with the free s'mores kits available at the front desk. A big hit with the kids! One of the most exciting parts? There's an almost guaranteed chance of spotting a wild bear on the property. Truly unforgettable and added to the adventure! Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a unique and relaxed stay close to nature.
