Great value for money in an incredible setting.

Pros: It was away from the main town area, just enough to be quiet and peaceful without being too far to easily get there. The room was fantastic, great amenities, and enjoyed the fireplace.

Cons: Nothing. Would happily return.

Great hotel with a few kinks

Pros: Lovely hotel in a great location, has recently been renovated and the room was large, modern and extremely comfortable.

Cons: Main issue with the property was the mandatory valet parking, it made coming in and out of the property during the day very time consuming, having to wait for 15 minutes to collect your car each time. Also we were put under a lot of pressure to sign up for a two hour timeshare meeting by the concierge after checking in at 9pm, tired from travelling. Those two things just put a negative twist on an otherwise great stay.

At Heavenly doors

Pros: Very very short walk to Heavenly ski resort and lift (literally 2 min walk !), snow gear valet and parking valet, sauna, hammam, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, pool table and confortable room.

Cons: Plastic cutlery in room and restaurant on site but it’s very small details …

Pros: The decor was beautiful The rooms were perfect for families Close to skiing Valet parking was an unexpected extra

Cons: No restaurant facilities Shop in foyer was poorly stocked with junk food and offered no vegetarian option at all .

Great stay in a beautiful place

Pros: Very nice place. Great scenery. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, very clean and well maintained. You can’t park your car yourself, they have a valet service which works very well. The road to the hotel was free from snow and ice. We will definitely come back.

Pros: The suite was comfortable and sofa bed was excellent.

Cons: A bit far out of town if you were walking-over a mile and uphill coming back. Found very good taxi company though.
