Pros: Great location and amenities. Loved the buffet breakfast.

Pros: I liked the indoor pool — the kids were so happy. The breakfast was really good.

Cons: A very noisy and poorly working heater that made it hard to rest at night. And there was no latch to close the bathtub in the bathroom.

Overall a good hotel needs to improve the attitude towards guests

Pros: location close to resteraunts and shops and Attractions room is good and comfortable The breakfast is good and satisfying.

Cons: The two young receptionists were rude and insolent during check-in and throughout the stay. The matter was reported and handle by the hotel manager.

VERY ENJOYABLE TWO NIGHT STAY THAT ALLOWED US TO EXPLORE AROUND THE LAKE WHICH IS VERY BEAUTIFUL

Pros: LOCATION WAS GOOD SHORT WALK TO EXCELLENT BREW PUB AND ITALIAN RESTAURANT BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A great hotel, perfect base for South Lake Tahoe. Would recommend

Pros: We had a great stay here. It’s large hotel but didn’t seem busy during our stay. Room large and very nicely appointed. Slept well, air con good, Breakfast was complimentary and more than adequate. We don’t use the pool or outdoor area. Walkable to a few local eateries if you don’t mind a ten min stroll - we liked Applebee’s and also the Heavenly leisure area - particularly Base Camp Pizza

Cons: No complaints but I did feel the reception staff not that interested in giving advice on the surrounding area - shops/reataurants

Pros: Stayed for two Nights. Very nice an spacious Room. Very big bathroom. Easy but good breakfast- better than nothing. Nice indoor Pool (but Not heated) and hot tub outside.

Cons: Parking Costs 15$ per Night.

Good place to stay, but it can improve

Pros: Modern installations, everything working well, perfectly clean. Breakfast is great!

Cons: Bed is too hard, I couldn't sleep more than 4 hours. I made a reserve for 8 people in two rooms but the space provided was actually for 4 people, 2 each room. $15 parking fee too expensive.

Perfect place from which to explore Lake Tahoe!

Pros: Clean and welcoming hotel, friendly staff, great sized and quiet rooms with great beds for a great sleep. Well located for seeing Lake Tahoe in its fullest.
