Pros: ok, needed more staff but waitress was working fast and hard.

Cons: Nothing really, was pleased with the helpfulness of the valet guys even though I didn't really use them.

Pros: We have stayed here multiple times. The location is ideal for us traveling from central Oregon to southern California.

Cons: The only negative was our being on the top floor with the air handling equipment directly on the roof above us that seemed very loud to us.

Pros: We like that the room is spacious and clean. We don't have to get out of the hotel to eat. Good food at Katie's Kitchen, we had 2 breakfasts there and one dinner, can't complain about the service and prices were decent. We also had dinner at CV Steak, great service and so yummy food and dessert. We will definitely come back.

Pros: The location was very good for our needs. The ladies working in the coffee shop were very nice.

Cons: The coffee machine at the little coffee shop was not working properly. Not only could the lady working in the shop make enough foam to make cappuccinos, the machine made horrible noise that alone should be something to fix right away cause your employee is going to have hearing issues if that keeps up

Great location I will be staying here again.

Pros: CVI is a great place to stay in minden/Gardnerville the staff is great and the rooms are very nice. The restaurants are very good in the resort.

Pros: The room was nice. Frig convenient. Could use a microwave.

Cons: Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. Woke up each morning with a very sore back.
