The perfect place to stay - 100% recommend

Pros: Comfy large rooms, recently refurbished to high standard. Amazing location high above Lake Tahoe. Staff were brilliant and v welcoming. Super comfy bed. All sparkling clean. Great facilities including multiple pools and jacuzzis.

Fun, great location and so easy for a family holiday

Pros: Location, location, location! The facilities and the ease with which you can get around , especially to the slopes.

Pros: Everything. We have stayed here twice now, once in a one bedroom villa and then again in a smaller room. The villa was amazing. Clean and spacious. The staff were friendly, we played ping pong and pool in the clubhouse. We have a 5 year old who also had fun. The other room was smaller but still nice and clean. It's kind of out of the way from all the good stuff in Tahoe, but I dont mind that. I would definitely go back again.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: I really liked the big comfy beds, a lot of hotels don’t have beds as quality is this hotel. Also, that there is ski in and ski out for such a good price.

Cons: Nothing everything was great. I will definitely continue to stay there.

It was beautiful and comfortable.

Pros: Not too far from activities, but far enough away to avoid crowds. The views are stunning and the activities to do on property were nice!

Cons: No room service and there is only one market for the entire property. Would love to have the convenience of having food/snacks available to me in my building.

Place is going down in service

Pros: We have stayed at Ridge Tahoe multiple times in the past and like the location and facilities. The transportation services are especially very very helpful and have great folks working in it.

Cons: They are greatly going downhill. The front desk doesn't want to give out ski lockers now even though they have many empty. I asked when I checked in and they said they are changing locks in the lockers so they cannot give. After going to our building I saw some folks using the lockers and many were open and empty. I called resort services and they said to just come over to front desk and get the locker for $25 deposit. So I trudged out back to the front desk, which was in a separate building, and told them and they said \

Fun stay at the beginning of the slope

Pros: Location, amenities (jacuzzi sauna) in every building, activities seem super fun

Cons: You don’t know until last minute in which building you are (driving distance between buildings no s)

Pros: The rooms were excellent! Very cozy and comfortable! Great location next to stagecoach. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again! Also, the staff were super friendly! Everything there went so well!!!!

Cons: Road to get there is a bit scary in areas with black ice
