Pros: Very comfortable accommodation for 6 people! Wonderful surroundings! 15' from Mariposa in the forest! Relatively isolated but very safe!

Cons: Some dirt but country cabin!

Pros: The location was stunning and you really could see the beautiful stars at night. The home was cosy, clean and comfortable and it was very easy to communicate with the owners. They even helped us out with our Yosemite tickets.

Pros: This house is absolutely extraordinary. It's beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, clean and in the most stunning location. The sunrises are insanely gorgeous. I am not a morning person but this made me want to get out of bed as early as possible :). The quiet and peace as well as the view is magical. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfy and literally anything is more than you can ask for. And above that the hosts are so very nice and friendly, fast in communication and helpful with whatever you need. This place is highly recommended!!

Great stay, wonderful starry sky and the hummingbirds.

Pros: The cabin, or should I say a house, was spotlessly clean and comfortable was ideally located in the hills. It was remote and, therefore, very peaceful. The views at night were spectacular. So many stars and we could make out the Milky Way. An added treat was to see 2 hummingbirds feeding. It was also great to sit and watch the sun rise from the veranda.

Cons: I can't think of anything. Everything about the place was great. I couldn't fault anything.

Pros: Lovely cabin! Great location, secluded and exciting. Clean, tidey and with clear instructions on how to manage things around the house such as recycling. Very cozy and spaceious. Great comunication with the owners. Not very far from Yosemity and located in the friendly town of Mariposa, which has a good supermarket (behind Burger King). The owners are former Yosemity parkrangers and they know the area well. The stay was worth every dollar and just imagine doing the dishes while a humingbird is outside the kitchen window. The starry sky is breathtaking, clear skys and no light pollution. Incredible!!!

Pros: Beautiful house, great space, well equipped. In a great spot close to Mariposa and easy access to Central Yosemite.

We had a great time. The house is clean, nicely renovated and nicely laid out. Owners very nice.

Pros: Charlie was there when we arrived working on irrigation in the garden so the gate was open and he let us in the house. The house was perfect for us, our son, his wife, and 6 year old daughter. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom, one in the master and a shared one for the other 2 bedrooms. The master is at one end of the house, the other 2 rooms are at the other end. We ate all of our meals out so didn't use the kitchen except for coffee and fruit and croissants in the morning so we could get an early start in Yosemite which is about an hour away (coffee is not provided so bring your own). The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, cutting boards, plates, glasses, etc. The bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was nice. There is a large dining room and large family room. Very comfortable for a couple or a family. We didn't use the laundry room or dishwasher except to load and start them when we left.

Cons: Absolutely no disappointments, except our granddaughter was hoping to see deer on the property.
