Gorgeous private and quiet house, 'home-away-from-home' feel with everything you need. Comfy beds.

Pros: Very private, lovely quiet stay. This beautiful house provides a welcoming roomy 'home-away-from-home' feel. Beautiful well-equipped kitchen. House is well decorated. Hot tub was an amazing gift after long days exploring. Everything you could imagine you might want to make yourself feel at home including a wrap around deck and outdoor furniture. Loved that the deck was built around an old oak tree. Enjoyed seeing deer, quail and turkey in the yard.

Cons: While our stay was beautiful and cozy, there are a few things that we might recommend attention to: The dumpster was very full and we could barely put our one small bag in there. The grass was rather high and needed tidying. We very much appreciated the note regarding the need to conserve water however, it was very difficult to mind to this as in order to get hot water, it took a very long time to run the hot water tap for it even to get warm (especially in the shower) therefor, we might recommend the addition of an on-demand hot water system (and we could've used a few more towels). Lastly, although we enjoyed the peaceful quiet, it might have been nice to have had a heads-up on just how remote and off-the beaten path it was. While there were other houses nearby, they seemed to either be vacated or holiday homes and since we arrived at dusk and there was no cell service, as two women traveling alone (we were on a sister trip), our initial feel was a bit of unease in isolation.

Cozy, spacious house in a peaceful environment

Pros: Everything was amazing! We felt like at home. Walks in Yosemite National Park, home made food (you can find all tools you need in the kitchen) and hot tub in the evening was everything we needed for our relaxing stay.

Great stay filled with great memories.

Pros: The place is beautiful!! Quiet location, Jacuzzi a big plus and just overall a really good place to stay at.

Cons: There isn’t nothing that comes to mind, whole family liked it. We have been there multiple times.

The home is really pretty and very comfortable. It has a great space for kids and pets too!

Pros: The bed & pillows & sofa were VERY comfy. There's tons of room for all your gear/clothes in the giant walk-in closet. There's a sweet office space. The whole house is very open and spacious with lots of windows to see the wooded surroundings. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cutlery, dishes, and cookware we could want. We were really grateful for the roomy mud room at the entry which helped us keep the tracking of the great outdoors to a minimum in the main house. LOVED LOVED LOVED the hot tub!

Cons: The stovetop area was a little dark for cooking and there were no spices, so be sure to bring your own including salt & pepper. Also, bring extra towels unless you're comfortable using the same towel for your stay unless you launder it during your visit.
