Hilton Garden Inn Reno

Pros: It was really nice and clean hotel. We booked a room for 4 people, so it would be cheaper but at the same time we got much cleaner and nicer hotel than we would get if we booked room for the same price and just for 2 people.

Spacious and great room

Pros: Staff are extremely helpful and nice. They are the standard of what service industry should be like.

Pros: I believe this is the second time me and my family stay here and as always the staff here are welcoming and super warm. I like how they always make sure you're having a good stay and if there is anything we need they would provide it .

Pros: Great, quiet location. A bit away from the city, but easy to get to. Exceptionally nice, clean, well-kept premises. Spacious rooms. The staff were wonderful.

Cons: My only concern was that my room connected to the adjacent room through a shared door (which was locked), but the sound traveled really well between the two.

Pros: As you enter the hotel, you are met with the most amazing smell. Front staff were polite. The room was very comfy for our family of 5 and doggo.

Cons: I didn't like that they put us on the 2nd floor. I dont know why you dont have pet friendly rooms on the main floor to make it easier to take the dog out to potty.

Good Value

Pros: Well-located for my purposes and close to restaurants and groceries. Nicely-furnished room for the price. Amiable reception agent who granted me a 2-hour late check out.

nice place - clean

Pros: We did not buy the breakfast. It was too much $$. We were charged $50 after our stay for which there was no explanation. We stayed 2 nights and were quoted * per night for parking which should have been included for free with the room rate. Liked the hotel - it is close to the family we visited and the event we attended. Sad that we won't be booking there as our favorite place was only a few dollars more to book ahead and then you exceeded that with extra charges.

Cons: All charges need to be spelled out ahead of time, such as food, parking, etc

Pros: Hilton siempre es uno de mis preferidos Limpio , cómodo ..

Cons: El desayuno no está incluido , eso no me parece mal . Pero no me gustó que están mirando lo que te servís para cobrarte , dos veces nos trajeron la cuenta . Sería más apropiado cobrar un valor y que desayunes lo que quieras , o esperar a que termines . Estás comiendo y pagando al mismo tiempo Eso no me gustó
