Very spacious and well equipped suite - would definitely stay again.

Pros: Very good, spacious room with bedroom, lounge, well equipped kitchen and bathroom . Although we didn't get a chance to use the facilities gym, pool etc, it was nice to be given the option.

Cons: There was only one tv remote for two tv's and it did not work. Plenty of cutlery but only one fork. One decaf coffee pouch and no others. So had to go to reception to sort out these issues - still did not receive the missing fork. Both kitchen and bathroom sinks were partially blocked and drained very slowly.

I like the room layout and TV turntable design while working at desk, sofa or watching from bed.

Pros: Unfortunately the juice machine broke down on my second morning breakfast but the breakfast itself was simple as expected.

Cons: AC unit was a bit noisy.

Be aware of the room type you choose!

Pros: The front desk staff was super nice to us as booking.com falsly advertised a suite with a room instead a studio, and they upgraded us to the advertised suite.

Comfortable and co

Pros: Location and staff It was great having a kitchen and the staff was very accommodating with our couple of glitches

Cons: There was no heat in our first room and we had to move a weeks worth of stuff, including groceries, at midnight to a new room. We were awakened at 2:30 am by an overwhelming stench of marijuana permeating into our room and unbearable in the hallway.

Overall, the room was very good, great value. More than satisfied with the stay.

Pros: Breakfast was great, warm food. Room was very accommodating, full kitchen and fridge. Location was excellent with many things within walking distance.

Cons: Phone didn't work making it impossible to phone the front desk for any issues. Towel rack was broke and was never properly fixed during our stay. Remodeling was constantly going on with debris being left in the hallways. Couldn't get regular room service unless requested.

Safety Location and great food what more can you ask for!!

Pros: Breakfast was great!! People were awesome!! I felt safe.Great location!!

Cons: Could be cleaner! In our room the top of things were very dirty and the corners were thick with nastiness BUT other than that It really was great!!

Wonderful Stay

Pros: The room was nice and very comfortable. Facilities were clean. They surprised me with a room upgrade when I got there, free of charge. It was SO nice having a stocked kitchenette in the room. It was so much better than your average hotel.

Cons: They ran out of breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and took over 20 minutes to bring out more

Pros: Our room was so big, it was perfect for a family of four and a dog. Also, it had so many features and products in the room to make us feel right at home.

Cons: The television had only a few channels to watch, about six. Also, the doors to the buildings are so heavy, which made it difficult to bring all our stuff up to our room and back out when it was time to leave, especially with my mother being in a wheelchair. Additionally, besides the friendly office staff, the housekeepers and maintenance staff seemed very nosey and stared a lot for no reason whatsoever, which was a bit uncomfortable.
