Absolutely lovely lady on reception!

Pros: Perfect location, clean, safe and was perfect for our purpose.

Cons: There was no coffee in the morning when we checked out earlier than required. Also, had a kitchenette but had to get plates, cups etc from office but no pan or pot available, so defeats the purpose of kitchenette ,we made do

Comfortable and clean

Pros: The premises is designed for long stay so a week or more and you bring your crockery and cutlery. The grab and go breakfast is sustenance, a pot of coffee, porridge sachets, muesli bars, muffins, hot water and tea bags. I only stayed a night so was more than serviceable for me and avoided the cluster of Down Town traffic to get to and away from.

Cons: Tea and Coffee in the room and maybe some tissues but I see that is becoming a rare luxury.

Pros: Location is great, conveniently close to Restaurants and supermarkets

Cons: A dog was barking at 3:00 AM during 2 nights in the room right next to mine, I complained to the front desk, they didn't want to move me to another room in another floor

Great quiet place to get away from reality.

Pros: The check in process is always quick and easy. Plus the breakfast they offer was hot and available.

Cons: The staff wasn't at the desk when I needed them to be. I was having issues with getting my room repaid for and the gentleman wasn't at the desk for me to pay for my room.

Pros: We did not try the breakfast bar as it appeared there was insufficient food. We did like the cleanliness of the place. Very important for guests. The housekeeping staff is to be commended.

Is a good hotel in Reno
