Wonderful!

Pros: We loved our cute little house with a boat house and dock. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the dock for a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We even saw a seal swimming in front of the dock. A short walk down the levee brought us to the Rusty Porthole, a funky little bar/restaurant, where we enjoyed a drink, food not so much. Great local atmosphere.

Cons: The water pressure was a little low but not a big problem. There is a small island about 50 yards off the dock that blocked the view of Franks tract but we could walk along the levee to see over and beyond the island.
