A great property with superb hosts in a terrific location- enjoy!

Pros: This property is located in the old Newlands neighborhood just south of downtown Reno- lots of great walks and sightseeing nearby. It is an older home from the 1930's or 40's that has been fully updated and renovated with all the comforts you'd expect in a quality B&B property in this price category. The hosts/owners are also very friendly and hospitable and live nearby in case any issues arise. We had a great stay there!

Cons: A minor issue with heat after a brief and unusual cold spell was handled quickly and efficiently, so this is actually a positive aspect to staying at this property.

Perfect house for Reno stay or skiing at Tahoe

Pros: This is the perfect house for a small family or two couples. It has a great layout, with 2 sitting areas so folks can spread out. The bathroom has plenty of shelf space so it can easily be used by 4 people. The entire home has recently been remodeled and furnished, and has several amenities you don't always see - coffee, device charging stations, etc. There is also ample off-street parking. From the house it's an easy walk to downtown, restaurants, and it is under an hour drive to skiing at Palisades, Alpine, and Mt Rose. Finally, the hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We (3 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: We honestly cannot think of anything that we didn't like. We rarely give out perfect reviews, but this place gets one!
