Pros: Very nice house and equipment, nice location and calm neighborhood.

Pros: Great communication with the hosts. The place was cute, comfy, and quiet. It was in a great, safe area close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood. Our daughter had surgery near by, so we had to stay for a couple days. It was our first time not staying in a hotel, and renting a home. It was a great experience.

Charming economy stay in Sacramento

Pros: The location is in a great area of Sacramento with lots of conveniences within walking distance and everything else within a 5-15 minute drive. I was there for a conference at the McGeorge School of Law, a short walk from the house. We brought our dog and the neighborhood felt like we were home - super dog friendly area and great neighbors. Beautiful local artwork is displayed all throughout the home and added special charm to our stay. Communication with the rental agency/owner was consistent, easy, and they showed clear care that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Some features, such as outdated bathroom, kitchen, and window coverings, do make this space an economy stay - not fancy - but it was clean, worked very well for all our needs and we would definitely stay again.

Quiet and Colorful

Pros: Location was great. Plenty of on street parking. The unit is part of a duplex and was clean and well maintained except for the window coverings. Looked to be well stocked as far as kitchen utensils but didn't use much of the kitchen. Art inside the house was amazing. Heater worked fast and well.

Cons: Some of the window coverings including those facing the street and shared driveway were a little sparse but other than that, the duplex was clean and quiet.

Pros: Oh my, too much to mention. Quiet, very comfortable. The art work was such a lovely addition. Great neighborhood. Accommodations were great. I highly recommend.

Cons: Instructions for the stay were vague for us…no instructions for the tvs…if it had been summer season it wouldn’t have mattered but it was a long evening. Also check out. We tend to be very considerate about our stay and wondered about dishes and garbage. Also, for pet friendly, there was no grass for the dogs, had to walk down the street, however, it was a beautiful neighborhood, very friendly, so that balanced out the lack of grass at the studio.
