Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brentwood

CON re: No breakfast to go items available gratis or paid PLUS staff, clean, comfortable

Pros: Slept Great. Disappointed by Lack of On the Move Sunrise Breakfast or Healthy Snack items. No Hot Tub, nice small pool, nothing broken. Marriott's Courtyard

Cons: I left hungry at 5thirty6. The Full Breakfast was served later, I am not familiar with the area, I need to leave early to avoid traffic and delays. Some guests leave first thing due to Travel Arrangements or arrive late etc... , my Love wanders around when she can not sleep, she is a fridge raider, a light continental breakfast could have been set up -simply cold cereal, granola bar, instant oatmeal, fruit, bagel, english muffin, yogurt, tea, coffee, hard boiled eggs, juice, ice water, ad infinitum . . . These choices were not available for purchase at the courtesy store either. I love a hand full of skittles and energy drinks but there were no quasi healthy choices. I was disappointed, there were several other Hotel Chains in the area, I view Express Inn as less expensive - it was about 7% more, additionally, especially mid-week, I consider Express positioned to primarily serve single short stay business guests rather than families who sleep in to enjoy a leisure meal.

Very convenient

Pros: We travel to this location to visit family. This is our second stay at this location and it will not be the last. It is very convenient for the free parking and breakfast.

Cons: Nothing. We have stayed before and will stay again.

Pros: Nice clean property with friendly and helpful staff Definitely the best property in Brentwood. As our children and grandchildren live in the area, we will be visiting often and now know which facility we will be staying out in the future.

Cons: Pillows were a little too soft for my liking. A little expensive for Brentwood

Pros: Spacious room and breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillows

Pros: That is a quiet, nice place and that they serve breakfast in the morning

Cons: I didn't like that I had got a king size bed, but it was more like a queen size bed

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: Parking was difficult with only 2 handicapped spaces near the entrance

Pros: My granddaughter and I enjoyed the breakfast together she really loved the pancakes. The egg omelette was very good. The sausages could have been cooked a little longer. Some type of potato would be nice.Overall I Wes happy with the breakfast.The two females at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location. The breakfast was good and staff very friendly.
