Very satisfied with hotel & location

Pros: Great hotel in a great location. Shops & eating close by & very nice lake with a footpath around it next to hotel.

Cons: A bit on the expensive side, but that was the only negative.

Overall stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Pros: Great location around lake and shops/restaurants.

Cons: Side entrance and partial hallway of hotel reeked of marijuana. Outdoor Pet area was full of dog crap, filthy.

Relaxing, comfortable and close to the marina, shopping and restaurants.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the Sparks Marina. We requested a view of the marina and it was gorgeous.

Clean, good location, great breakfast and very expensive.

Pros: The hotel was new, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious!

Cons: The one man that worked in the lobby was not helpful and very rude. We were very disappointed at the billing. One day is one rate and the next its another. We found it to be expensive and for that reason we probably will not stay there again.

Clean and efficient, and a quiet stay away from Reno traffic

Pros: The location is very good, out of the fray of Reno and across the street from a large mall with restaurants and other services. The room and the public areas were very clean, and everything functioned well. We left very early so didn't try the breakfast.

Cons: The reception was a little gruff, but efficient. We would have liked a restaurant onsite, but there were good meal options in the large mall across the street.
