An exception end efficient hotel with very friendly staff

Pros: The staff provided exceptional service and very immediate responses to support or clarification . The pick up and drop off by the hotel! The gym and pool…great extras

Clean, good facilities, decent breakfast

Pros: Upon arriving at the hotel, there was loads of free parking available. The usual standard of having free snacks, tea, and coffee was available in the lobby. The laundry and essentials kiosk are very handy to have on site. Our room was great, very clean, with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, coffee machine, everything was great! Decent selection for breakfast in the morning! Only stayed one night, and it was very pleasant. Won't comment on the price, as it was in the few days before Burning Man, so there were very limited options in town for accommodation anyway!

Cons: The customer service was not the best, very unenthusiastic check-in made us feel like we were an inconvenience, we tried to ask if where we were parked was the easiest location to get to our room due to multiple entrances to the building, the person serving us literally had no idea what we were talking about. I also went to reception and asked for a couple of spoons so that we could eat some snacks in our room, again I was treated like I was an inconvenience.

I needed a one night stay before joining family and this fit the bill.

Pros: Everything was great...except the price. I think $215 per night is too much. However, I needed a late check-out and they graciously agreed to that. Very helpful to me! Breakfast was good.

Cons: The price. The airport shuttle stops at 10pm. My plane arrived too late for that so I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel ($15).
