Hotel is awesome but the location is sus. Great value tho!

Pros: Awesome price, free parking, comfy bed, warm showers, and fast enough wifi!

Cons: The neighborhood is full of sketchy people, so it does feel scary walking outside by the parking area. Also, there is lots of noise from cars and I think a train? So we kept getting woken up, definitely recommend ear plugs!

Pros: Excellent value for the money! Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: I arrived late at night and sometimes the staff was hard to get a hold of.

Christmas at Reno

Pros: The registration staff at check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. Mina, in particular, made check-in smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, with no noticeable outside noise, which made for a very restful stay.

Cons: At checkout, however, one of the registration staff members was a bit dismissive toward my husband when he requested a luggage cart. That interaction stood out as less pleasant compared to the otherwise excellent service we experienced. One small drawback was that the room did not include a microwave or refrigerator, which would have been convenient. Overall, our experience was excellent, and aside from a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Pros: The property was clean, but only one available elevator. The evening Front Desk Doreen, was really busy for a Sunday evening and she was by herself- As a Hospitality Professional I appreciated her help and great customer service. Thank you Doreen!!

Pros: The room was clean, beds were comfortable and was surprised to see you could pay extra for early check-in and late check-out, something many motels/hotels I've stayed at don't offer. We ate at the restaurant located on site and the food was good and prices were reasonable.
