Whitney Peak Hotel Reno

Great location and pet friendly. Dog park a block away. Welcome amenity for dogs. Great staff.

Pros: Nice size rooms. Quiet. Staff were friendly. Mini fridge in room.

Cons: No wine glasses or cork screw. Housekeeping came by at 7am for cleaning and left notes daily due to Privacy sign on door, which disturbed my dog and woke us. Couldn't pay in cash, even when told we can pay at the hotel - apparently only by card.

Excellent located modern hotel with spacious clean rooms.

Pros: The hotel was modern, clean and in an excellent location in the centre of Reno. We liked the large room, decoration, super king bed, large walk in shower and Keruig Coffee maker. We used the valet parking and they were very quick.

Cons: Better signage to the bar. We didn’t find it and weren’t sure that there was one.

Rennovated, gorgeous views, everything was great

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was our last minute choice at night with two kids on long weekend when Wyndham cancelled our reservation due to overbooking right upon our arrival (people say that’s is a norm for them now). It was such a good coincidence as Whitney Peak Hotel turned out to be great - renovated with beautiful decor, picturesque views, friendly staff, BaseCamp Climbing Gym, free WiFi, tasty food at the cafe, filtered water machine is available at all floors. convenient location. You might meet some nice pets there, love it. No pool, but we usually don’t use it so not a problem for us. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Pros: Excellent location and attentive staff! Lobby and restaurant excellent!

Cons: Breakfast portions could serve a small army! (not negative but should have a kids portion!)

Pros: By far the best place to stay in Reno 😍 fantastic room and beautiful restaurant/ bar area . All staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming 🥰

Great location

Pros: I really loved the location. I was there for the Italian festival and this hotel was right in the heart of everything, so I just walked out front doors and I was there. The room was also comfortable.

Cons: I just found it odd that I booked a room with 2 beds because my brother was going to be traveling with me. He ended up not being able to come, which is good because I ended up in a room with one bed (they didn't know I was now traveling alone) but regardless the room was nice and essentially I only needed one bed.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were ALL EXCELLENT, we'll definitely come back again!

Pros: Spacious and clean room. The fridge was nice to keep our leftovers safe. The view was not too bad. All in all, a good stay!

Cons: The beds made noises when we moved and were not too comfortable.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, staff was nice and quick to any issues, and loved that they had a dog park - not something you see at hotels. Oh and that was such a cool gym they had wish I had a chance to use it.

Cons: I think that they are quite expensive. They really should put a disclaimer that they charge for dogs with or without ESA letter. I recall being told by another Hilton hotel that all hiltons are not allowed to look at your letter or question as long as you have it checked off you don’t have to pay. So to have a surprise $75 charge is probably the reason I wouldn’t stay again since I travel with my pup a lot.

Pros: Valet team and our Bellman were amazing! Top notch customer service and valet team was able to get my car in and out quickly multiple times during our stay. Front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We love this hotel and they allow us to bring our pets.

Cons: There is a draft coming through the windows but it is an older building.
